Lovely picture, but I think they are spoiling the beautiful traditional daffodil, it looks sort of distorted.

thanks i really like it - i think this one is a bit lop sided Wyeboy as it fell over and broke in the storm, but the others are much more rounded. and yes it is a Narcissus Jac 'Replete' is the variety, and if the info on it is correct the centre fluffy bits that are now orange should turn to a hot pink as the flower matures! so watch this space and we'll see if it does!
