This is great for filling in the gaps till other plants are bigger and helps keeps the cats off.

I especially remember snowball tree, crab apple & lilac. Living in a cottage garden there was always these love in a mist & phlox too.

We've had these self seeding for years. Complete no show this year though! It's a shame, because as you point out, they're great for filling in early gaps.

I have known that happen Meanie then the next year they start to reappear. I like blue in a garden beside white or yellow
