Put this vine in many years ago, then decided when it was reaching the roof tops to take it out!! but it grew back, so have decided to let it stay at a manageable height, because it is lovely at this time of the year....

I love the colour its wonderful ,like you we are trying to keep it manageable it usually reaches the gutters before we notice it !

Thanks K....yes Amy they are fast growers.....our other varieties are not quite so rampant... I like the smaller leaves on this variety though..

It is Wildrose, it is an amazing plant,I cut it down to the ground, and removed it all from the wall, and thought that was the end of it!! tough little devil!
