Photinias... with Silver Birch bark.....

They look beautifully healthy!

So far so good.......they can be very hit and miss.....

My pink marble looks a bit sick. I have another photinia near a birch -mines a case for luck not judgement.

Dawn, our pink Marble needs pruning hard this year, not the height but the width, as it has become leggy!

Just love that red/green contrast. It looks so lush.

Mid May to mid June no later than July though!can be fed with blood fish and bone ...susceptible to fun honey fungus!
