Potentilla 'Melton Fire'

Have another really gorgeous one Louise, flowers not quite open yet, 'Monarchs Velvet', lovely deep burgundy colour:-)

What site and soil do you have these in ?

Have this growing in a sunny spot Louise, doesn't seem to mind soil type though, have it growing in heavy clay and also in another area of the garden in quite sandy soil, doing equally well in both:-)
