this mite be ribes marshalii, a variety unique here. check this link: it tell about Applegate gooseberry (Ribes marshallii) and my area.

I do like those flowers - the leaves are Ribes-like, aren't they...it does grow high up, doesn't it!

Interesting plant. In my ignorance it looks like a cross between a Fuchsia and Ribes.
