Rosa 'Suffolk' - 2013

Seen through a haze of heuchera 'Cherries Jubilee' - not planned but I like the effect

Is this a low growing rose, we have Worcestershire and we would like to buy Hampshire now, I like the effect also.

DD - mine is two and a half feet tall. I've had it for almost twenty years, cutting it back by about half in spring each year
