"monkey' plant. Who knows why...lol. So trusty, just blooms along like this, even in this winter.

Attractive plant. I used to make macrame hangers too - had them all over the place. It was quite a craze back then.

This ruellia really is a favorite in the house. It is nice to see it just keeps going along, brightly.
I like the macrame, reminds me of easy good times. I had a whim to collect them at the thrift stores for a while. I have taken to tying them up more often than naught now, just to get a plant moved....lol...still packing them in. :-)

I made a couple about 3 years ago just for old times sake. I love them. It was macrame everything back in the '70's for a while. lol.

lol...Gilli, when I loaded this photo I was fixated immediately to the macrame......I thought only of the contrast color at first, but it has stimulated a great thread. I had my day of macrame, courdoroy and paislies as well. late 90's 70's revival. :-) Fun to reminesce.
