I'll take this week off to get rid of this bug and make a decision then. My gut feeling is to lease the business out until the mortgages are paid off. We should be able to collect pretty much all of the £80000 we're owed, so it's not all bad. I just have no interest in carrying on.

that is just so sad, have the police any idea who broke in yet, maybe a good thing to take the week off, but do think carefully.

Not yet!
Found out this morning that one of the other vans that was torched was full of tools and thousands in products that were to be installed tomorrow.

It was pretty pants Amy!
By way of an update, there is someone interested in buying the business, but they want to buy it complete with the property too. As it's another eight years before we own it "paid off" it doesn't really suit to sell, so it looks like I'll be going back when I'm well enough.
Back to the plant; I felt pretty good for an hour or so this morning, so having read something about this on the internet I went out and lifted this. It was correct about these having tuberous roots, and a tuber has broken off which I potted up separately - not sure if this lone tuber will become another plant or not, but we'll see.
