Thanks Siris and from the others for the likes
the new ones I bought are just starting to throw up pitchers so more to see , I do have 4 on the shelf just above ...
I will have to look how to get seed etc ...
take some more photos as the seasons moves on ....
I will get a ruler to stand next to them so you can judge the height better.
Fleece on the left hand side , keeps the sun off my Manx Marvel tomatoes....

The yellow one, a flava? looks about 2 ft tall. I am always trying something new. The info I have says they are not easy to self pollinate, but worth a try. As you have such a lot of different ones you have plenty of scope for hybridisation. The pollen apparently collects in the upturned 'unbrella' and there are 5 v shaped female receptacles on the edge of the umbrella. Be an interesting exercise.

Thanks Simbad
just buy two new ones every year from ebay in Feb when the ££ is low ... I find the greenhouse can get a bit boring with just toms and cucumbers etc

Do you think they help to keep down white fly or do they just attract more flying pests in the greenhouse?
