Hi J, no i got them from a small nusery, i had not seen them before but was well impresed with there beauty and performance, Definatly one for next year, oh! and i have rooted some cuttings, just have to get them through winter now,Dave.

At last!....just found picture of a plant I've got in a pot. Can't remember where I got it from earlier this year and didn't even know its name. I see that Janette is doing some cuttings, which it just what I wanted to try, but as this is the first time I've had this plant I'll be learning as I go. Do you do cuttings in the same way as geraniums? Cover with a plastic bag? Keep it in the kitchen? How did you do yours Funkyfuchsia? I'm hoping to save the mother plant for next year and will try bubblewrapping it in my greenhouse (fingers crossed). It really is such a pretty plant and all the pics here are beautiful.

Hi Butterfly did try with the cuttings but they never took,best to just get some seed,s and sow them ....easier I think Good luck with your,s though
