This is a large Schizolobium parahybum- Brazilian Fern Tree. I've posted several pics of this tree in the past...I'm assuming this is part of their native habitat range in Brazil. Beautiful tree isn't it?
It actually looks very different from Peltophorum pterocarpum or Yellow Poinciana...and grow much, much larger.
