I've noticed this (and not only thsi) plant was tagged as S. tectorum (probably not by you!). This definitely is not S. tectorum, most common Sempervivum. There are about 70 species and more than 4.000 named cultivars of Sempervivums. It is impossible to tell which plant is on photo, but S. tectorum never gets this rich red / violet.
