Now the best bit, cropping tom Costoluto di Fiorentina. Big plants, big fruit. Many oddly shaped with corky skin blemishes but good eating!
Given large size & plentiful fruit can still be good for slicing raw but freezing off cuts, cores, even stalks for stewing & straining will make really good passata
