Viburnum opulus (Guelder Rose)

Pride

Viburnum opulus (Guelder Rose) (Viburnum opulus)

The fruit can be eaten raw or cooked, but it has sour taste. It is best cooked and sweetened. The crushed fruit has an unpleasant smell, though it is used as a cranberry substitute in making, jellies, preserves.
Many of the pictures on my pages are my own art work, and as many of you may have noticed I do enjoy closed up photography.
