What has happened to the seasons ? !

Nothing new where these are concerned, Ray. I normally have odd Vinca flowers most of the winter. 'Jenny Pym' just keeps on flowering! Mind you - that's a thug! If you want a piece, I can root you one - at your own risk. LOL.

Yes please Spritz....so many thugs in this garden they can take each other on ! Lol

Now THAT would be a sight to behold! OK. No probs. It roots so easily!

This one does send out runners, but it's 'Jenny Pym' that's the real villainess!

Oh dear! I`ve just made an impulse buy of Vinc minor `Gertrude Jekyll` which says on the label that it is more compact than other varietiesso I can only hope that it doesn`t take over. I have got the Vinca Major a purple coloured one in the garden which doesn`t seem to be doing too well and its been there about two years so perhaps its me thats doing something wrong, or does it take time to get going.

I should look on yours and others sites before I buy and not make impulse purchases. But hey oh, its all part of the learning curve.

She's not really a thug - so don't worry, Stroller. Now 'Jenny Pym'...well...she definitely is!

What else?

See who else is growing Vinca minor (Lesser periwinkle).

See who else has plants in genus Vinca.

This photo is of "Vinca minor f. 'Alba'" in Spritzhenry's garden
