… but not everyone hates the rain! Admittedly this little chap has no choice but to sit where I placed him. At least he’s a little bit sheltered! He does look as though he’s hunching his shoulders though – maybe he’s a bit miffed with me.

I have lots of newts in the garden as it's always wet somewhere! Even a great crested once. We love frogs at our house too & have them dotted all over the garden! Yours does look a bit grumpy!! :0)

Rain through the night, but been quitea nice day.

Nice day here too today, but it does keep coming in dark and a spot or two of rain. Still managed to get the flower border at the side of my drive hoed, and the drive swept, though, so not all bad! Fingers crossed for a bit more sun tomorrow.

Ha - obviously I jinxed things. It started to rain on Thursday evening and has only just stopped on Saturday morning! Next time I'll keep my mouth shut!
