Botany was one of my majors in my first degree so I know how and why plants grow but I have never been able to make plants grow! I love plants and nature and I delight in the creatures which appear in our little garden. I take great pleasure from gardening but I am learning step by step about all the pitfalls of planting things and keeping them alive. In short, you can have all the knowledge in the world but if you cannot apply it in practice then it is useless. I value other people's experience immensely, hence I've come in search of some!
