Hi everyone well I have been very busy at work at moment applying more good poo on all borders at work , also had quite nice afternoon in the greenhouse sowing some seeds etc getting ready all veg gardens and basically getting very excited about spring, I just love it the anticipation of the comming weeks is brilliant. We have had to lovely sunny moment, moments being the right word but also a lot of wet so a little soggy still but nevermind. I seem to be doing alot in everybody elses garden but not my own so on saturday I went to a lovely garden centre and woo hoo bought some goodies. My wonderful husband bought me Kilmarnock wow it is lovely ( valentines gift ) I also purchased a Sarcococca Hookerana Digyna wow that was mouthful never the less It is lovely evergreen shrub which has the most heavenly sent and little white flowers in winter. Then as we were walking round and there was a rather unusual leafed shrub which looked a little lost. So I had a good look at it and was curious why it had been marked down from £51.99 to £10.00 the lady who i spoke to said it was just because they did not want to re-pot it so they had reduced it she also said it is just looking for a loving home so I had to buy that as well. It is called Fatshedera Lizei and is now looking great in the front garden it is a climber so nice piece of trellis is next on list. Also bought some Persian Buttercups never had them so that will be exciting and two new Paeonia ‘Sarah Bernhardt’ lovely. Pictures will follow when we have a bright day hope you are all well and enjoying the sun when it comes . Jewells :)
