Rain again - hope everyone is alright

As the rain comes down again and the flood warnings are put out for us on the path of the Thames my thoughts go out to all those who are suffering with the rain.
I cant imagine what it must be like but I will try and save some seed and make cuttings if anyone out there has had their gardens washed away.
So for all those in the north that are still getting over the last bout and those in the the west whose problems are just beginning a massive GOOD LUCK and I hope everything is alright.

Thought you'd like to know - we had a scare yesterday. After torrential rain most of Thursday, our stream came up..and up.. and started to lap over its wall. The stream goes alongside our lane and it came right across the lane. Both ends of the village were flooded, the water was up almost to the top of my boots. The dog enjoyed it! Luckily for us, water goes down quickly, so today being a cloudy but dry day, it has retreated a bit. Severe weather warning Sat/Sun, so fingers crossed again! I really feel for those not so lucky, who will be watching their water rising and keeping on rising.
