moved to wales 4 years ago, my house is by the side of a nature reserve,the sea is the other side of the road. i have good size garden with a mature but ailing apple tree, also healther pear tree. i also grow veg but im a novice and just go on trail and many errors.this year ive over done beetroot,so ive found a recipe for beetroot wine.the pear wine is very good this year,and the potatoe one blows your head off
