Same here Karen....miss a few days and feel badly, but impossible to catch up on everyone :(
I think/hope we all understand.... :))))

Karen you made me laugh, it happens like that sometimes, guess its this horrible weather keeping us indoors, so we've hit the buttons, I often miss some on the list without realising, I get there eventually, mind you I'm a bit of an insomniac so it keeps me company through long nights....

As evidence, may I submit the following??
Catching up, posting comments, replying to comments, posting GARDEN pics......sniff, sniff......AGAIN????? Yes indeed, another scorched dinner, and NO Pimp, not burgers, kebobs :(((((

We all do that xxx

I'm sure nobody takes offence if we fail to catch up. I usually only manage an hour before I go to work - if I haven't caught up it's just one of those things :))

Its easier when like me you are a retired ole pensioner, lol, also hubby works weird hours so I`m on my own during the evenings....

I think everyone is the same. We see what we can see, and we can't see what we can't see.
I hope nobody feels guilty about missing some of my blogs and photos. I miss things myself aswell.

I tend only to look at posts by those who notice mine. That's one way of cutting down the things you look at, and saving time.

No problem,Karen....it's not compulsory...just addictive ! Lol.

See you on your photos later, folks! :)))

Make haste slowly was my Dads maxim and the garden seat is for sitting on........
Wise man my Dad, you need to sit and think..... (or just sit.....) preferably with a cuppa!

I know Pam...but, I've just looked at the weather forecast for the coming week...not good... :(
There might be nothing else for it but a cup of tea in front of the telly!

Make hay while the sun shines and let the rest take care of itself. See you back soon. We'll look forward to seeing what you have done.

Although its bright here its so cold so I,ve shortened a skirt and made some scones to go with the cuppa!........:0)

Its been a good day here, we took Brynner across the dam at Rutland, no jacket and the grass had dried out a lot so it was comfortable and didn`t need our wellies, then I went into the garden for a while, 6.10pm and still sunny....
6 May, 2012
7.10pm and still sunny here too!
...but the forecast is dire for Wednesday though until Sunday...

We have had very funny weather today. Bright and sunny but pouring rain at the same time. Very heavy showers but because there is some heat in the sun the garden dries up almost instantly. The forecast is for the wind to go back to the south east so fingers crossed we will have swallows back soon.

They've arrived here, Sg...seen them this last two days!
6 May, 2012
That must be late. Do you not usually get them back round about Easter time?
6 May, 2012
I'm not sure, Sg...maybe it's just that I got back late and, what with the weather, have only just got out into the garden. The woodpeckers are doing their thing in the woods and I've been hearing a cuckoo, too. It's lovely.
7 May, 2012
In Morayshire where I was brought up we did have cuckoos come every year but they don't seem to get them in the Cental belt unless someone knows different.
7 May, 2012
I don't know, Sg. I was brought up in the Central belt when there was still lots of countryside around the village and I'd never heard a cuckoo until I came here.
