Receipt on a light meal after heavy Christmas

Everybody needs something light after Bacchus feast. So here is one receipt for a delicious (really, I must have taken care not to eat three plates instead of one :) food, which is also very healthy, as it:
-normalises digestion
-favourably influences glucose and insulin level
-doesn´t increase cholesterol
-makes heaven in mouth and so far makes you happy :)

What you need:
Pumpkin Hokaido 800 g cut into slices
Sea salt
Flour 200 g
Eggs 3
Milk 2 dcl
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Swiss cheese (or German variant)100 g
Cheese parmigiano 100 g
Sour cream/whey cream 2 dcl
Ground black pepper (not necessary)
Sea salt
Moroccan spice (not necessary)

First make batter from flour, eggs, milk, salt and 1 TS of olive oil. Wrap slices in it and fry on a pan from both sides. This goes very quickly. Then put it all into roast pan, cover it with grated Swiss cheese (Ementaler) and parmiggiano. Add sour cream, sea salt, ground black pepper and Moroccan spice.

Bake in oven for about 40 minutes (until slices are soft like a butter).

Then serve with either baked potatoes or potatoe purée.
Bon appetit!

Looks great, but a bit calorific with cream and cheese?

Steragram@I don´t think so. Dairy products are the second most important food stuff in healthy diet. This portion is for 4 persons, so divide 2 dcl into 4 persons. Is it too much? Also - we do not want to be just slim, we want to have also proteins and healthy bones, right? :)

And you forgot to say we also want a gorgeous taste in the mouth....
We don't have pumpkins in the shops round here except at halloween, but maybe butternut squash would work?

How is it possible? I bought this one in Tesco, but it comes from Turkey. We have pumpkins with shorter or longer intervals all year round. Some people grow their own, too.
