Hi ,just thought I would put a couple of photo’s on,I bought the white one years ago in Woolworths ,it is in my front garden,didn’t realise it would grow as big as it has ,it is something lace but can’t remember the name, I need to start a bit clearing up now as some of the flowers are a bit droopy,what do I put in now.

Ur Lacecap Hydrangea & Cosmos are lovely.
If u want to prune it, but I wouldn't if I had it. Just cut it down to where there is the next bud coming out and just keep it dead headed.

Thanks everyone ,I think I will just do as you say Angieindgar,for the next 2years anyway. The cosmos could be called Gloria,not sure.

Hi Khayla I think you might have a lacecap hydrangea there. The white one. It is lovely. There is instructions for pruning them on the link below. If you feel it is too big you could put in something like an azalea, a skimmia or a hebe. If you click on 'S' in the A-Z at the foot of the page you can take a look at shrubs other members grow.
