Well today i’ve not stopped :-) in the garden.

Started by building 2 wigwams for the pea’s i bought from B + Q, these will hopefully give us some pea’s while we’re waiting for the ones i planted to be ready. I put the pea shoots in a bit later in the afternoon when the bed wasn’t in full sun. When we bought the pea’s they had a tray of very sad looking iceberg lettuce reduced to 50p so i thought i’d give them ago, so i put them in too.
The rest of the afternoon i spent potting on the little gem lettuce & marigold seedlings and put the rhubarb into bigger pots.
Put the mini toms into the 3 hanging baskets and potted on the 2 bigger tom plants into bigger pots.
Had to pop to Range so treated myself to 2 hardy frushia’s, one in pink and one white, so they went into hanging baskets too.
Ended the day with a good watering.

Tomorrows jobs are….
pot on the broccoli
weed along the fence (which is covered in vine weed)
cut back nextdoors over hanging elderberry
earth up the potatoes
fill the 2 green recycling bags and do a trip to the skip

don’t you just love this warm sunny weather :-)
