just to say every year i watch for the swifts,there were three yeterday so summer is here for me,I dont know why but they lift my spirits so much,Im just happy watching them throw themselves through the air chittering their happiness.I cannot believe these little birds come all the way from africa to the same place,exceptional

They are lovely to watch. Back in Kent, I would walk Ben every morning at 6am. It used to be so peaceful walking through the fields on a warm morning watching the shifts dart. Would set me up for the day ?
