I've only just begun my garden

It’s nothing like it was when I moved in four years ago. I’ve had it transformed from a cluttered mess with mucky decking and a big old shed to a flat space with paving one end and lawn the other. There’s also a ‘base’ just waiting for my new summerhouse which I hope to enjoy all year round when my son has laid the electricity supply.
It’s going to be a low maintenance garden, apart from mowing the lawn, with pots and containers. When I can sort out my digital camera and get my granddaughter to show me how to post photos, I will show you all what it looks like.
I hope to get lots of tips on here, i.e. what to grow in my pots and containers, what to grow up trellis and how to add colour all year round.
Gotta go now – it’s getting late – but I hope to keep a diary of how I get on with my new garden.
Take care everyone.

Sounds like a good start. Are you sure about pots and containers being low maintenance though? They need more care and watering than plants in the ground.

Good luck. Save members' interesting photos on Favourites to look at in the winter months. A good way of getting ideas for your own garden.
