I think your right it is beacon, it had so many flowers last year, but is a little slow flowering this year..

I'm a little late welcoming you, Lillyrose, because I've been busy on lots of garden projects. I wrote a new GoY blog last weekend, explaining some of what I've been doing ... still lots more garden work to tackle ! I hope you enjoy GoY.
