Do you feed the Aloe arborescenes to get it to flower ?

Thanks guys. Peanut is still on schedule. Diane, no, I do not, these grow without me watering them, must be about 1 and half years since I last watered my garden - which was the aim, to have a self-sustained garden.
I am amazed at the hardiness of the Cape Honeysuckle, firstly with drought and secondly with ocean salty mist. (behind one of the Aloe arborescens (red))
