I arrived in this beautiful county 6 years ago, with not one flower or shrub in the garden, I have now planted half an acre! I am passionate about my plants. I have a pond with fish, frogs, toads and newts.
Vegetables and mosaics are incorporated into my boarders. I have over 20 Clems which I grew to love whilst working in a clematis nursery. I am begining to collect seeds in Autumn now I have use of a greenhouse and am pleased to find that at least 100 stocks grew from last years seeds!
I also love my three English Pointers. We have recently decided to keep one of our pups who was nickamed 'The Big White Slug' when she was born and now the name has stuck, not sure if Slugs is really a good name for a beautiful Pointer pup!? Any suggestions.........!!
I spend hours taking cuttings from chamomile so I can extend the chamomile lawn, I try to encourage the dogs to lie on it but they won't!
Wish I had started gardening professionally 20 years ago but hey ho at least I do it now.
Am trying to construct a website for my mosaics, early days as yet as I can't get the site to do what I want!!
