love to see lots of colour in the garden in summertime-if the awful weather we get in Sheffield allows me to sit outdoors, that is !Get lots of rain and high winds. My dad was a great gardener but it's not something I seem to have inherited- I'm much better with low maintenance perennials and shrubs. But love browsing gardening catalogues and buying something different every year. Favourite plants- dahlias, carnations, poppies and plants from hotter climates- bouganvilla and oleander are two particular favourites.
