I planted a packet of green mini cucumbers, and a packet of white/ cucumbers, they all germinated. Along came adverse weather, and a lot died off.
I was given some gourd plants, which unfortunately look very much like the cucumbers! The rain washed off the names on the labels. I am now waiting for the fruits to appear to see exactly what I have got – exciting isn’t it?
What have I learned? Write labels with a permanant marker pen.
