Help! I have 50 blind kids and I want to teach them 'kitchen gardening'. We live in Tibet at 13,000 feet. They all come from farming backgrounds. We have lots of space! I just want them to be able to go back home, make a little contribution to their families in terms of adding some veggies to the pot, and grow in and receive respect.
I know of Mel Bartholomew' square foot gardening and would like to know if anyone out there has tweaked it further for blind persons.
