Mid summer miracle !

One of my winter Pansies is STILL surviving in a hanging basket despite this Texas summer heat in the upper 90’s for a month!
This was my clock/temp gauge on the patio tonight:
8:00 PM in the evening and still in the mid 90’s!
The little Pansy on the patio is struggling a tad but has produced blooms in this intense heat due to its’ intense organic program that I have been feeding it:
This plant should have died a month ago, but due to its’ intense organic care, it has been able to survive and thrive well beyond its’ expected life-cycle!
This little plant just makes my day because he’s breaking all of the laws of gardening!
How cool!

I wish I had more, but this little guy is the last..
Wouldn't it be great if I'm able to pull it through the remaining summer?
We'll see what happens with this very special plant..

I have a straggler too. And it's looking a little cooked, but still blooming. Here in Alabama it was 100 degrees with a 115 humiture, Last fall was the first time I ever planted Panseys. I believe I will continue with Panseys for a long time.
