Oh boy, oh boy! New plants!

My wife was cleaning out the fridge today and there were two plants from last year that we had forgotten all about!
I had placed some garlic that I wanted to grow, down the the veggie area and we forgot all about it. Get a load of this! The garlic cloves have produced some “green” despite being in near zero conditions and NO light for almost a year:

That is a plant that wants to just “live”!

I’ll be carefully nursing these babies to higher light levels and soil introductions in the next few days to prevent any “environment shock” that might effect them.

What an awesome experiment! These little guys just want to grow and are very glad to get out of the “goo-log”..
