Tonight, my gardens did me well and blessed me with some great peppers to go with our grilled chicken quarters that we do every Saturday night on the BBQ pit.
Get a load of this massive Jalapeno pepper that I grew:
It was one of many that I harvested tonight:
All of the peppers were brushed with “extra virgin olive oil” and stuffed with shredded cheese before they were wrapped in aluminum foil and placed on the grille:
I have a feeling that this might be MOST YUMMY! ;-)
