Critters and new "toys"!

After a hard day at work, I stopped by the local organic nursery and picked up a bag of “earthworm castings” for future plantings and a few beautiful 4" potted Zinnias and some more of the cool looking “sweet potato vine” that I have growing in my amplifier planter Here’s the new toys:
When I was watering the bathroom window rock garden this evening, I spotted the coolest looking lizard that I have ever seen! I ran inside and grabbed the digital camera and GOT HIM! Get a load if this!
I’m not sure what he is, but I have never seen one this large! Head to tail, he was about 8-9 inches. Pretty cool! He seemed right at home at the base of my passion vine trellis!
Never a dull moment around here! :-)
