What kind of tree is this?

My largest plant at our new home is doing well in its’ new organic environment, but I have no idea what kind of tree it is! Here is a photo of it today after the 6.5 inches of rain that we had this week:
I have NO idea what kind of tree this is because it was growing on the property when we built the new home. It is native to central Texas and seems to be thriving quite well after I applied the Sick tree treatment as recommended by the “Dirt Doctor” last year. Here is what the leaves look like:
And here is what the bark on the trunk looks like:
Is there anybody out there that can tell me what kind of tree that I have?
My wife thinks that it might be an Elm of some kind, but we are not sure.
Is anybody out here an “arborist” that can help us with identifying this tree?
If I knew what it is, I can custom tailor a unique organic program to help the tree thrive even better.
It’s my “baby” and has doubled in size this summer!
