Sunday project!

This little guy sits next to my computer and just grows everywhere and is one of those plants that my wife doesn’t really like {it’s one of HER old pots}:
I just LOVE it though..
It’s growing in a 12" container of no telling what kind of potting soil and has started to develop a few brown leaves. Tomorrow, I’ll be introducing it to a new container and a super rich organic soil combination to see if I can save this very old plant. It’s had a life of “Scotts potting soil” and no telling what other chemical fertilizers have been used in the past…
I know that the root system has circling roots because of the brown foliage, so I’ll be doing some “root surgery” during the dry rooting transplant process.
I’ll try to blog the entire process tomorrow, take lots of pictures, and update the plant’s progress. This particular Ivy is over 20 years old, growing in the same pot.
I already know what will happen. Once it is dry-rooted into my special container plant formula, my office will become a jungle! {chuckle}
