Spring Really is Here!

Over the past two weeks my house and garden have been inundated with ladybirds, plus on Sunday two butterflies were in the garden, along with three or four wasps (ergh) and two bumble bees. Blue tits are already building a next under the eaves in the same place they do every year. So yes Spring is well and truly here and are these sightings a sign of a good summer to come? One of my lovely Koi is shown in the attached photograph.

I'm pleased to hear you've got such a diversity of insects. You must have plenty of things in your garden to attract them
I've seen one ladybird, so that's 'lots' for these parts lately lol

Pleased to say that I`ve found lots of ladybirds whilst working in the garden, also seen the odd bee, my fish are becoming more active and the frogs have been very active in both ponds, the birds are also having fun pulling the pampas grass to pieces, flowers starting to bloom all over the garden so yes its looking very springlike here as well...
