Gardening is in my blood...I love to plant flowers, fruit trees and veggies. Trying to do these with such limited time available and deep in the wild virgin jungles of Borneo with plenty of beautiful sunshine and frequent rain makes gardening a challenge. To remind me of my dear Aussie friends and the love for Australia, I plant roses among other plants. Recently to be more environment friendly, and to cut cost, I started to experiment with using my own concoctions and mixtures of home-made fertilizers (organic). Did you know that banana peels make excellent fertilizers???
All sorts of rare flowers and plants are in my garden...plants that I like but do not even know what they are called/known as???Orchids grow well but gives me hours of headaches and heartaches to try to discover what fertilisers to use or why the leaves are not more or greener??? So if any of you kindhearted fellas want to give any advices, please do. They will always be most appreciated . Happy gardening to all. May we all live long enough to enjoy the fruits of our labor.
