Great photography ! It looks like Cynoglossum amabile, commonly called Chinese Forget-Me-Nots to me. This variety is an annual instead of the usual biennial type. It loves to spread around too. I really need to get some more going in my garden, I forgot how much I loved them. It's rare to find a plant with this true shade of blue !

up close they look like they've been cut out of velvet, i've collected some seeds from it too.
