Fuchsia 'Satelite'

Fuchsia 'Satelite'

I first saw this plant in one of Deida's photos last year and have had it on my wish list ever since! I finally bought several plugs of this plant off e-bay this spring and this is the result! :-) The yellow foliage in the background is a lovely variegated Aquilegia.

Well I'm not too sure Bb, but as this one is in a container and not in the ground, I'm going to play it safe. I read that one way of keeping Fuchsias over winter is to dig a hole in the ground, chuck 'em in and bury them - think I might try doing it that way.....tho knowing me I'll probably forget where I burried them lol

Did you find any? Unfortunately, although it was meant to be reasonably hardy, this hard winter killed all my Fuchsia 'Satellite's :-(
