Supposedly 'white' Dianthus!

Still beautiful though...

It's me being a fuss-pot again, Raquel - they were bought for my new bed colour scheme, you see.

I have a Peony almost exactly the same colour and that was supposed to be pure whit! Very nice Dianthus, all the same!

I'm sure it was called 'White Joy' or something similar, Paul.
Shame, though - now I have to decide if I move it or if I can live with it...

Barbara is was so hot today almost to hot beautiful , the weather forecast has predicted more rain for the rest of the week so back to normal !

Amy - how lovely! I've had to put the fan heater on this evening, I'm feeling so chilly! :-(

Its been like that here for the past couple of days in Warwickshire, only to day its milder and no rain they do say in mid August the weather will change not long to go hopefully.

Let's hope they're right this time, then! I shall be getting my winter clothes out, otherwise. :-(

I know the feeling as I have osteoarthritis so you feel the cold a lot more.

Barbara .. I,ve been out this morning to look at the Dianthus , the Hayter White hasn,t any flowers on it at the moment to show you , looks as if we will have to wait for a second flush ... sorry ..

I,ve had another look and found one , it was on a new cutting hanging down in the soil . i,ve cleaned it up and I will put a pic. on for you to see :o)
