Thanks Skillen, as you can see from the date this was a couple of gardens ago but I was pleased at how it turned out.

What are the red flowers Gwen? Do you think they would grow in sunny Scotland?

The red flowers are poinsettias, also the pinky one on the right, they grow wild in Tenerife and are usually about 8ft tall. The more orangey ones are geraniums, I´m sure they will even tolerate sunny Scottish weather!
