Very lovely. Are they annuals or perennials?

Thanks Suey & Ian...yes they do smell good! Gilli they are perennials but some years they do better than others. I am limited to soil beds as the garden is long & narrow so I keep many plants in pots but they don't always prefer it & I should really re-pot more often!

LOL, Fluff......Anything I leave in a pot over winter gets killed off so I can only do annuals in pots. There are really nice dianthus. My dianthus has done amazingly well this year too. Must be something in the air!!! LOL

I put all my pots to over winter in a sheltered corner by the greenhouse & most things seem to come back ok. I've never had them flower so long or so well tho'...maybe there's something to be said for all this rain!
