thanks SB. In fairness, Ali bought a smallish bag of mealworm as they are expensive but they were intended for Mr Robin who I've not seen for a while....I have been back in work a week now. CRIKEY, that went quick!

Anyway, I only popped in for five and ....whoooooosh, there were about 15 or so of the starlings eating from and around the tray.. They only seem to visit when I put balles de fat or mealies out! Anyway, point is, mealworms are supposed to be a treat for Mr Robin and aren't on the menu too often, I can tell you!

Whilst you're about, some of the leaves on Ali's sweetpeas are getting a cloudy white look to them The flowers seem ok but was wondering if you knew what this might be seeing as yours are so good?

Or, is it just time for them to go this way?

sounds like they are turning, ive just this min taken mine up OB, they were covered in white fly to, so i thought get them out before it goes on other plants,took me ages as they had grown over to next door,think thats where the white fly started cause i deal with them as they come and next door doesnt, i was covered in the little creepys lol, so think they are staring to die off now OB , take some pods off and dry them out for seeds :o))

I shall tell Ali as they were her babies. She picked some last night to put in a small vase and the smeel in the evening is really nice.....in a masculine kinda way lol!

Thanks for that SB. Does she just let them die off naturally now then or take them out or what. I'm sure she knows but I'll ask anyway!

its up to Ali if she can stand them going straggly, which i cant,but whenever she is ready will have to take them out,
