Not appetizing name, I know. When mashed and stirred this berry foams up. Called Eskimo Ice cream with sugar. I haven't tried it, knowing it is described as a learned taste.

The name isn't appetizing at all! But the plant with berries looks nice though!

It has a long tradition. I read one place where the taste is compared to terpentine. EEK! It is a beautiful plant though. I wouldn't mind it in my garden.
