Thanks for that Simbad - remembered it now, its not the original one which was taller with droopy flowers which I got rid of because it seeds itself everywhere - but they dont grow tall or flower, but I think thats because its too dry where they seed themselves.

Mine seeds all over Drc even in between bricks in drive, do like it but constantly pulling seedlings up.

I think this is drooping sedge,(carex pendula) ?I have it and leaf looks the same, quite pretty in flower have it planted by pond.
