Thanks Sue. My former partner used to own and do work with his JCB and he had to dig these up on one of his jobs, they were only about 4' high, he thought it was a shame to destroy them, so he put them in water at the edge of the canal and then brought them home to me when he finished work, they are huge now LOL. The wild birds and my birds love the berries.

They look fantastic so many berries, My next door neighbour has one which is half in her garden and half in mine which is lucky for me!

I guess it is! Mabel and Poll used to love the berries. I have two luckily, so I leave the ones on this one for the resident Blackbirds we have around here...........

They do Carole, they strip it bare. I guess it is natures way of natural pruning...............LOL
